As President of The Charania Group of Companies, Barkat Charania has over thirty-five years of extensive experience in all aspects of Real Estate. He has been actively involved with the day-to-day operations as well as the overall mission of his international construction company. Additionally, he is a licensed Real Estate Broker with twenty-five years of experience in commercial Real Estate. Mr. Barkat Charania has led many teams to achieve great success through his leadership and expertise.

He has worked with some of the largest real estate firms in the world. He has also through holdings of B.C. Investments & Realty managed and developed large hospitality focused real estate properties. Through the company he has brokered deals with major Real Estate Investment Trusts and other large real estate companies. Rahim Charania has over 10 years of experience in the international business community, with the last 7 of those 10 years in executive positions. Mr. Charania has worked for multinational corporations both here in the United States and in Europe. He obtained his bachelors in business administration from Georgia State University, and is certified by Georgia Construction Business Institute in construction management. Over the last 10 years, Mr. Charania has acquired extensive skills in project management, advertising, marketing, and accounting. His work experience has helped him gain a strong understanding of both market conditions and trends. This understanding has enabled Mr. Charania to time again enter the right deal at the right time. During his executive positions where he was directly responsible for revenue increases and profitability, all stated goals and directives were met and exceeded. His work experience is varied and encompasses many of the essential business components to successful business management.
