Keith Quarles is senior vice president of CQ Capital Partners. Mr. Quarles educational background includes degrees from both Morehouse College and the Georgia Institute of Technology, where he holds a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering – Construction Management. Over the last 10 years, Keith has gained extensive experience in multi-family development and construction management thru his employment with companies such as Turner Construction, Bovis Lend-Lease Inc, and most recently Long Real Estate Developers.

Mr. Quarles’ role as project manager and estimator in large corporate construction companies and co-owner of a small development firm has helped him become efficient and proficient in the development of his projects; from locating properties, developing budgets/proformas, and managing the project to completion.
